1. Information we collect

• Details you submit: name, phone number, email address (optional), budget range and preferred unit type, together with the form you used (for example, “Hero Enquiry Card” or “Price Section”).
• Technical details recorded with an enquiry: IP address, date and time of submission, the page address you submitted from and campaign parameters in that address (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid).
• Browser storage: the site uses your browser’s session storage to remember that the enquiry pop-up has already been shown during your visit. If advertising or analytics tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta Pixel) are enabled on the site, those providers may set cookies under their own policies.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry about Rishita Developers and share the current price list, availability, floor plans and payment plans.
• To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, and to arrange a site visit if you request one.
• To keep a record of enquiries, avoid duplicate follow-ups and measure which advertising campaigns bring enquiries.

• Customer relationship management tools used for follow-up (DigiExplorer CRM).
• Meta (if the Meta Pixel is enabled) and WhatsApp when you choose to message us.
• The developer/promoter’s sales and documentation teams, where needed to process a booking you ask us to take forward.

We may also disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage the sales process, and for any longer period required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or raise a grievance. This website is intended for adults interested in residential property and is not directed at persons under 18.
