Two Addresses at Sushant Golf City

Both projects sit on the same road at Group Housing 1, Sector C, Pocket 6, two minutes from the golf course. They answer different briefs. Mulberry Heights is a phased community of 2 and 3 BHK homes around a 60,000 sq.ft. clubhouse. Serenity is a smaller set of three towers of 3 and 4 BHK apartments, every one of them a corner unit.

Rishita Developers has been building in Lucknow since 2008. The company works in two parts of the city: Sushant Golf City on Sultanpur Road and Gomti Nagar Extension. That is seventeen years of work on the Lucknow skyline.

The record is the argument. At Rishita Manhattan in Gomti Nagar Extension, registry is done for more than 1,150 units across Phases 1 and 2, with 1,100 possessions completed. At Mulberry Heights, possession has been offered on 675 units and registry done on 435. UP RERA holds completion certificates for Mulberry Heights Phase 1 and Phase 5.

Which Rishita projects are open for booking right now?

Two projects at Sushant Golf City are selling: Rishita Mulberry Heights, with 2 and 3 BHK apartments across towers B, C, D and E, and Rishita Serenity, with 3 and 4 BHK apartments with a servant quarter and store in towers A1, A2 and A4.

Rishita Manhattan Phase 3 at Gomti Nagar Extension also has a few units left.

Where are the two Sushant Golf City projects located?

Both are at Group Housing 1, Sector C, Pocket 6, Sushant Golf City, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow 226030. They sit on the same road, approximately two minutes from the golf course.

What has Rishita Developers already delivered?

Four completed addresses in Lucknow: Rishita Celebrity Greens and Rishita Mulberry Premium Villas in Sushant Golf City, Rishita Manhattan in Gomti Nagar Extension, and the delivered phases of Rishita Mulberry Heights.

Which phases are complete?

UP RERA holds a completion certificate for Mulberry Heights Phase 1, uploaded on 31 December 2021, and for Phase 5, uploaded on 29 December 2025. Phases 1 and 2, tower C2 in Phase 3 and Phase 4 are delivered.
