What the unit cost includes, and what is extra
The unit cost is calculated on the carpet area and excludes the balcony. It includes External Development Charges, External Electrification Charges and Fire Fighting Equipment Charges. Club Membership and the Power Back-up installation cost are also included. The total price covers the right to use one covered car parking.
- Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) is payable in addition to the unit cost.
- Preferential Location Charges (PLC) apply to some floors and facings and are additional.
- Sewer, water and electrification connection charges and one year of advance maintenance are payable before execution of the sale deed.
